Need help with a build
ok first of i just wanna say im not very good at making builds.
secondly this build is unfinished which is why i need help with it.
so, i had an idea for a build based around the skills vow of strength
i dont know if it will be any good so need the guru community to help me decide if its a decent build.
k so here it is (hope its good, probably isnt though ><)
THREE R/D (one flag runner)
atts:
12 earth prayers
9+1 expertise
the rest +1 marksmanship
1.read the wind
2.vital boon
3.lightning reflexes
4.VoS
5.storm chaser (for the flag runner) and conviction?? for the other two rangers
6. distracting shot for the flag runner and one of the rangers and favourable winds for the other ranger
7. antidote signet
8. rez sig
ONE D/W
atts:
16 earth prayers
9+1 mysticm
the rest +1 scythe mastery
1.VoS
2.Rez
3.Faithful intervation
4. heart of fury
5.veil of thorns
6.conviction
7.vital boon
8.mystic regen
TWO necros
atts:
16 curses
9+1 soul reaping
9+1 blood magic
1. rez
2.barbs
3.weaken armor
4.enfeeble
5.mark of pain
6.parastic bond
7.order of pain
8.depravity
the rangers use favourable winds VoS and read the wind for extra dmg lightning reflexes for faster attacking and then the necros use barbs order of pain weaken armor and mark of pain for extra dmg buffs.
and then i need two monks (i dont have any decent builds for monks) my ideas for 2 monks are a ZB monk and a woh infuser although it dosnt have to be them.
so far how do you think my build is and what should i change

It boils down to this: which do you want to do -- learn to get good at the game or play cool new builds you design?
If you want to play cool new builds, you probably don't need feedback. Just pick whatever skills seem cool and roll up some heros and go. Have fun trying out random bars and don't expect good results. And most of the feedback you will get on these forums will be critical because your bars aren't well planned.
If you want to get good at the game, copy a top 20 team's build skill for skill and don't even consider making any change until you are top 100. Not a single change, regardless of how you think you can improve the bars of the top 20 -- your reasoning/experience is almost certainly wrong, you just don't realize why yet.
This will save you literally hundreds of hours of buildcrafting. Its one or the other, but not both.

Sorry, but that build just really isn't good.
The rangers are just a generally all-round bad idea. VoS means you will have zero healing coming from the monks while it is activated, and one as a flag runner would be fairly ineffective.
The dervish is even worse, with 10 scythe you will be doing laughable damage, and not one offensive skill? With the entirety of your damage coming from C-spacing, your DPS will do nothing to pressure enemy monks.
The necro is a decent idea, but will do very little damage in practice.
As for the monks, ZB and WoH infuser is an extremely bad backline to be perfectly honest.
I'll back up what the other poster said in that you should really copy a basic top 20 build for now, and stick with that for the forseeable future. If you must make your own build, atleast make it a variation of a solid meta build.

Use eF's tournament build.

Or watch a top team play and take their build. Don't try to run complicated splits if you're just starting out though, since that'll generally end in chaos.
And don't even bother changing that build. I don't even know what that build is trying to accomplish, so there's nowhere to start editing...maybe get rid of all three rangers, the dervish, and both the monks? One of the necros could stay I guess...

Yeah, recall on corrupted is far too challenging for a bunch of scrubs.

Copying builds exactly from top guild without adjusting it is not always good because their build also depends on their level and playstyle.
Like the eF's hex build above, its actual healing and protect is only from monks. Their defenses are from hexes and strong offensive playstyle, which is hard to play if your guild is new and not experienced in running it. So I think you can take a 3rd Mo hybrid as runner.
